近日,新加坡国立大学医学院睡眠与认知中心的研究人员与芬兰 Oura Health Oy 公司合作,在 Sleep Medicine 杂志发表了最新研究[1],结果显示,通过分析来自 22 万 Oura Ring 用户平均每人 242 晚的睡眠数据,亚洲人不仅睡得晚、睡眠时间短,睡眠质量也低于世界其他地区的人。而且亚洲人工作日睡眠变化更大,但在周末时不会延长睡眠时间,欧洲人周末的睡眠时间比亚洲人长,不同国家在一周内睡眠变化方面的差异值得进一步关注。
